“Our item was dispatched quickly and although the packaging was badly damaged the product inside was still intact. The unit is excellent quality and has been installed with no problems.”

“I am pleased with the purchase and the items are of good quality. A little disappointed with the delivery service as I arranged in advance and paid £10.99 delivery charges to have the items delivered on a particular day - hence I stayed in from 8am to 6pm - but they did not arrive. The following day I had an early notification of a 2 hour delivery slot and had to change my prior arrangements. I have since noticed a disclaimer saying delivery dates can’t be guaranteed but it would have been helpful if I had been kept up to date about delivery.”

“East Coast Kitchens surpassed my expectations of service. I needed a sink urgently to meet a templating date for my worktops. I spoke with Lorraine who said if I could get the order in by 12 that day she'd ensure it was on the Weds/Thurs delivery, no extra charge. She walked that order through the system and sure enough it arrived bang on time for the templating. I could not have asked for any more from this company and Lorraine herself. Thank you.”

“I had no difficulty placing an order for the ventilation grill on line. The customer service department was very prompt in notifying me that the item was out of stock and once in stock they would post it to me. I was given and approximate date when the item would be in stock. I had to confirm that l still wanted the item sent when in stock. Unfortunately l was unable to use the item. I emailed East Coast Kitchens and the immediately responded agreeing a refund and a postal address for me to return the item. I would be happy to shop at the company again.”
