“Good range of products at competitive prices and great customer service. Eastcoast kept us informed of delivery times and our order arrived early. There was a fault with a part and they were very apologetic and got another one out to us immediately with no fuss. We are very happy with our new integrated kitchen bin and also the service. Would definately use again and happy to recommend.”

“Despite speaking to a sales advisor who confirmed a particular lid sold by East coast Kitchens would fit an under the sink bin sold by East coast Kitchens, the lid when it arrived did not in fact fit and we had to send the lid back at our expense. We are still awaiting a refund for the cost of the lid and postage. I would not use this Company again.”

“The product itself seems to be very good quality. I doubt however that I am the only customer to have bought this and expected it to come with the actual white cupboard carcass as seen in all the pictures online. As such it is actually rather deceptive and very expensive. I would have had to mortgage a house to return in the post which they wouldn’t take back for free even though there will be other deliveries close to my address! I feel duped! And skint! And with no larder yet!”
