“Ordered 2 Items and they both came damaged didn’t think I would have to check them til I got to the customers so out of pocket for installing of the draws as wasted … They did send replacement next day but right 1st time would of been good Also they must of been packed damaged as there was no way they could of got damaged after packed.”

Ian, I am very sorry the items arrived to you damaged. Unfortunately having to use third party couriers is always trying for a company. I am pleased to hear my team were able to arrange promptly and you received the replacements swiftly. We prompt all customers to check products immediately as although frustrating, damages due occur and then we can indeed arrange replacements in the shortest time frame possible.

“I have called the company and left a message as I am very disappointed in the quality of my new sink, and have actually had to have it fitted the other way round to what I wanted now as no one got back to me. Very disappointed with what is an expensive product and also with the after sales service.”
