“So nice to speak with someone on the phone. We would not have been able to get the help we received from web chat. They organised with their supplier, to check the dimensions of a butler sink before dispatching. It saved a lot of time and hassle and the delivery was extremely prompt. Even the delivery driver was super nice!”

“Unfortunately on unpacking my order it seems that two axle connector parts were missing. The customer service team dealt with my problem quickly and professionally. Witin a week I received the missing parts and the unit is now installed and in use. Good quality product and I will order from EastCoast again.”

Hello Carol thank you for your review. It was myself who spoke to you after you were mistaken and expected the unit & door with your purchase. We confirmed the carcass/door was not included in the sale with the larder. We do advise multiple times on the product listing. After receiving the larder you initially stated you were missing parts, we sent a further larder out for you as a goodwill gesture on the next day. It is unfortunate the product was not suitable for you as did not include the unit or fascia. As you had two larders from different dates, this may of complicated the returns for you but we do only request an email? This is unfortunately the Consumer law stipulation when a customer needs to cancel the purchase contract.
