“Product was supposed to arrive on Friday according to the shipping details, but turned up on the Monday after, which meant we had tp return to our customer again and fit them. Considering postage charge ws more than the product cost, this wasn't great.”

Karl, thank you for your review. I am sorry the angle stop arrived a day late. We are advising in our dispatch emails sent to yourself that delays are occuring at the moment, this is unfortunately beyond our control with strikes etc. The carriage charged @ £4.95 + VAT is an upgraded service for a quick lead time & signed for service so we have traceability for our customers. I am very sorry though it arrived a day late for you.

“I like East Coast Kitchens and am a repeat customer I would buy more from them but unfortunately, while the "sales staff" are always helpful and patient, and invariably find a solution, they will only accept orders/payment online and my mechanical dyslexia makes that a tortous process so tend to order from a voice on the phone even when having a worse choice of product That is the reason for 4 star instead of a deserved 5 star Were they simply to deal with order process verbally, while still only being relatively small, would still be spending circa£1500 plus a month with them”

Security is paramount for us to provide to our customers and online ordering is extremely safe where no credit card details are stored, this is not the same when taking phone payments which is why we do not offer as a service. “Great products that were extremely well packed and protected (ceramic sink and taps). Delivered on a small pallet by a very helpful driver. Chatted to the team on the phone a couple of times and via email. They couldn't have been more helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.”

I have looked at the listing header and it does state X6 finishes We will however take your comments on board and have added sold in singles to the description in case people miss read the listing header again.
