“The Schok sinks require damage to be notified within 24 hours, have to agree to this t+ c after the order. On reflection, this creates risk. Hence, when damage happened in getting product out of box for templating, literally just lifting it out, means £277 down the drain or should I say sink! Off to the tip with our now completely wasted brand new sink..what a crying shame..”

Janet I am sorry to hear you have a damaged sink. you mention in a further review that Clearly "not up to the job of being lifted out of the box twice! Can you please confirm the sink was actually ok the first time when checking the sink? I appreciate it is not great to find a damaged sink but if checked and ok, do you think it could of been dropped or mis handled? “This was listed a delux product. The roller doesn’t retract properly, the quality of the roller is not great, the guide rails are plastic. It’s stiff to move up and down and because the roller doesn’t retract it’s sagging down inside the cabinet. Very disappointed.”
