“I received the pull out pantry and there was some damage to one of the frame. I emailed with photos and the replacement frame came the next morning. A very swift response which I was impressed by. The pantry will not not be fitted for a couple of weeks so I cannot comment on ease of fitting and operation. All the parts on the instruction leaflet were there so it is up to my carpenter now when he comes.”

“Parts order and despatch were quick and simple, paid extra for 24hr delivery. DPD walked past my house and tried to deliver to the empty house next door, twice. Not been refunded yet. 5 stars for order/despatch 0 stars for DPD 0 stars refund at the mo”

“Arrived promptly. All pieces boxed and labelled correctly. They very quickly handled an enquiry over the phone. Easy to assemble ,which was important as we’re both pensioners and we were replacing the inside of a pull out larder. The only small issue was we needed a little more advice than was given on final adjustments. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Very good service. The Shaws sink we needed was hard to get hold of but Eastcoast had one and at a very good price. What I did like from them was they gave me a call to double check I didn’t need the parts such as strainers, waste kit etc. I didn’t as I’d already sourced what I needed, but it was clear that they just wanted to make sure I had all I needed. Sink arrived on the day as planned, great quality and a really cheerful delivery driver. Can’t fault in any way, excellent service easy purchase”

“Absolutely brilliant - the person fielding my call couldn’t have been more helpful ... sorted a tap so suit my specific criteria - took c/card payment and it was on my doorstep less than 24 hrs later AND it was £ 21.oo cheaper than one I’d been waiting delivery [from an alternative supplier] for 4 yes four months ! Wouldn’t hesitate to involve them again - well done !”

“I HATE having to give my card details digitally online - I have a condition with numbers similar to that of Dyslexia whih means I more often than not enter numbers incorrectly reulting in many failed entries and timed outs, and the great danger of under( which would not actually happen) or over paying. So I have to get someone else to enter for me Some Companies understand this and are set up to have the numbers entered verbally. EastCoast Kitchens do not offer this, so I do not buy from them often This is a great shame because their product offering is excellent, pricing o.k. staff knowledge good and delivery service first class”

Our customer security is paramount to us so this is why we ask large amount orders (Over £100) to be ordered online due to added security measures put in place that are not available to us or customers via over the phone system.
