“The product was as described and delivery was fast, however the item was poorly packaged and the plastic casing the item is contained in was badly cracked on arrival. However, I sent one email explaining this and within a very short space of time without any further questions a replacement was dispatched and arrived within a couple of days. Couldn't really ask for more. Would definitely buy from you again.”
