“their customer service was exemplary. I had a delay in my order because I was to receive the last item in the warehouse, but they discovered it was damaged. They proactively contacted me and gave me the choice of cancelling the order. However, I chose to receive the order as the item would be available to ship the following day. They still gave me a discount for the delay! They were great. I only wish the shipping didn't take so long, but it is a big pond! ;)”
