Paid £213.64 expecting 35 individal packs ie 3.5 packs of 10 only received 30 pks (3x10) No refund arrived. Would be happy is you forwarded the missing 5pks. thanks

System kept failing and when in finally processed they had 4 payments for 1 item. Emailed customer service and they cancelled the 3 and supposed to send refund and 1 order was supposed to be shipped. No reply to my emails and no number to call. Absolutely shocking.

Hello I received part of my order, I am still waiting for the other half of my order, I have not received the Elfa pod kit or the lemon mint pods once I have received this I will happily write a review. Kind regards Debra Brooks

Good Afternoon Gareth, I’m really sorry to hear of this and thank yo for bringing it to our attention, I have just checked your Yodel Tracking and it says “Still with Sender" which is incorrect as its showing handed over on our side. I feel this is lost in the system or has missed an initial scan. On Monday we will have this entire order re-dispatched for you free of charge :) I will also remove Yodel as a delivery option for your account on our dispatch system and insure all future orders are sent with RM. Haven’t received my order, and haven't been told any information on when it will arrive. I have tried to apply for a refund and the website wont accept it as it keeps refreshing.

Ordered before 2pm for same day dispatch, was a full 5 days before my order was dispatched, then another 5 days before it was actually delivered.

Prices are amazing, and seeing 1-3 working day delivery with same day / next day dispatch is great, but it’s been almost a week and my order still hasn’t even been dispatched. Giving 2 stars just because the prices are good, and as long as I get my items it’s not the end of the world, probably won’t shop here again though

delivery late by 3 days and although not them personally but the tank ended up getting was terrible and over priced Shane really as I was really looking forward to it and now I'm back to disposables until I can find a better tank

Sent me the wrong item i ordered 36mg strength off nicotine shots and I got 20 mg I am not happy about this and would like a refund

It took 2 weeks for my order to arrive, and that was after numerous emails and unanswered phone calls. I ordered 7 vapes and received 5, which were not the flavours I ordered. I will shop elsewhere in future.

Quick delivery, but got order wrong. Emailed multiple times, but took them over a week to respond saying they would replace wrong items. Still no replacement item. Shame, as would’ve used this company again if their customer service was even remotely useful. Poor show.

So far it’s nearly been two weeks with the shipping site reading the same ‘We’re expecting it” and have yet to receive a reply to my reaching out. The online service was fast and the checkout process even faster, now I’m mostly concerned wether or not I’ll actually get my order
