“Order was delivered quickly”

Hi Luke, I'm pleased to hear your order was delivered quickly, as stated on the product page they are 36mg nic shots but due to TPD the packaging has to state 20mg even though they are 36mg. “They took the money out of my account twice and didn't send the product, have notified the bank of these scammers I've been waiting since 12th August for next day delivery..absolute joke”

“Ordered nearly a week ago and I have not received my order, I actually find it quite disgusting they state they are fanatical about customer support yet no one ever answers the phone and they do not reply when you fill out their contact us form on their website. If my order doesn’t arrive in the next couple of days I will be making a chargeback through my bank.”

“This is an update following up from customer services reaching back to me following my initial review. See original review below. Once the issue was resolved I got my order promptly, customer service arranged for the replacement order to be posted to me using a 24 hours delivery service. Happy with the resolution --------------Original Review-------------- Customer services is a myth. Made a purchase which was dispatched and shows as complete but two weeks later nothing has arrived. Tried through all means possible to get someone to help sort it out but it appears all channels of communication are only for show. Best advice is to avoid as I will now try to go through my bank to get a refund.”

“I ordered a pod mod and received an empty jiffy bag with an order slip inside after a few emails which were not replied too and a few phone calls that were never answered, I have decided that they are despicable scammers and would advise people to avoid them so they do not lose out like myself. £30 is £30 and not only am I out of pocket these people do not even have the common courtesy to reply in any way.”
