“Would rate 0 stars if I could. Still haven’t received my order which I purchased for next day delivery over a week ago! I’ve rang and rang emailed and emailed and still nothing back!! I’m really un happy about this. I can’t just be forking out nearly £40 for no reason Willy nilly it’s just ridiculous!”

“I ordered on the 13th July and I never received it, I’ve emailed twice and also tried to ring customer support and no answer. I even contacted the delivery company and got nowhere either, it’s been a month still no delivery, no contact from customer support and no refund. I will not be ordering again.”

“I ordered my liquids with next day dispatch for them to not come for 3 weeks. I rang them multiple times while also emailing them and no one got back to me once. Poor service and will never be ordering from this place again. Stay away!”

“I placed order on 28th July, had confirmation it had been received. Several emails from me later, and 1 generic from them I received an email today 11 August ti tell me it's now being processed. I would never order from this company again, I doubt there is a customer service, as no phones or emails are replied to”

“I placed an order on the 23rd July. It was marked as dispatched on the 24th July but never turned up. I have been sending daily emails to chase up this missing order since the 28th July. Not a single email has been replied to. I have tried to phone multiple times, but nobody ever answers the phone. The online support option clears your message after about 5 minutes and nobody ever replies to you. I left a negative review on FB, and someone replied to that saying that they would investigate and get back to me within the hour. Nobody has gotten back to me. This company used to be reputable and trustworthy, sadly, this is no longer the case. Very disappointed. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow if this is not resolved to report this company as a fraudulent company.”
