They took the money out of my account twice and didn't send the product, have notified the bank of these scammers I've been waiting since 12th August for next day delivery..absolute joke

Ordered nearly a week ago and I have not received my order, I actually find it quite disgusting they state they are fanatical about customer support yet no one ever answers the phone and they do not reply when you fill out their contact us form on their website. If my order doesn’t arrive in the next couple of days I will be making a chargeback through my bank.

I ordered a pod mod and received an empty jiffy bag with an order slip inside after a few emails which were not replied too and a few phone calls that were never answered, I have decided that they are despicable scammers and would advise people to avoid them so they do not lose out like myself. £30 is £30 and not only am I out of pocket these people do not even have the common courtesy to reply in any way.

Sadly i cannot leave anything other than a poor review,website is great but 8 days on still not received my order,phone goes to answer phone no reply to emails,So until something changes order at your own risk,will now be contacting card issuer to get my money back.

Scam company! They take your money, say an order is complete and then block you on every social media platform when you comment asking where the order is. The Ltd company it's attached to is a hairdressers that have no clue they are connected to a vape business. I'll be going to the police to get this sorted as I'm really worried about these cowboys having my details. Please avoid these crooks

I’ve placed an order almost 2 weeks which still hasn’t arrived. There is an email link provided to make contact in this situation which doesn’t get replied to and the phone never gets answered. The only thing they get right is taking the money from my bank account. Very disappointed with the service.

I made a purchase with the company for some liquids last Wednesday evening. On Friday I received the order which did not contain the correct items. I emailed them to inform them of this which the reply came on Monday morning. This again was not an issue mistakes happen but the reply was that we have to send the wrong juice back which does contain pre paid postage but when asked how long our juice would be they sent wrong I have had no reply! The communication is awful. It is not my fault the liquid has been sent wrong and so now I have to faff finding something to send these back in and travel to find somewhere to post. The email is not clear if they then have to wait to receive the wrong product back to send what I actually ordered out. I wouldn’t recommend due to the complete lack of communication and now I am going to have to see if I can find the correct flavour online again with another company and I don’t know when the correct order will even arrive.

I’ve placed an order two weeks ago still have not received the product I’ve emailed even though you say it’s a quick response had no return correspondence as yet , called numerous times not one call answered worst service I have ever experienced , won’t be ordering again and definitely won’t be recommending you to anyone Mr Jones Order 310953

I haven’t received my order still have tried to get in contact but there phones are a fake and I’ve emailed and messaged on Facebook and nothing back. Will be calling bank and getting money back. Worst Vape site I have ever used. Will never use again and make sure everyone I know don’t use it either
