“The Website is ok but the 5star rating pop out on the left is very annoying, you need to add an "x" box to it- browsing on my laptop that has a smaller screen it kept distracting me. Also, my tracking number could have been sent to me in an email instead of me logging in to get it. Overall the website is clean and easy to use.”

“I’ve always gone into vapour shops and looked around and taken too long because I always want to try something new, and asking about each product that I can barely see from across the counter is tedious for me, and probably the person serving me. This website made it super easy for me to just take my time looking for what I wanted, and getting the information I needed for each product I decided to click on. The delivery was quick, very reasonably priced products, and a life saver when you’re in lockdown during Covid-19!”

“This the first time I have used this service. In this weird situation the world is experiencing, the team have consistently kept in touch. You should be proud of yourselves considering this maybe not classed as 'essential' shopping. I haven't yet received my order but have been given realistic time frames.”
