I shall be reporting you to Trading Standards. I will also ensure that any acquaintance of mine will not be doing any business with you in the future. “ordered on the 6th of september with 1-3 day delivery, have emailed twice and have had no response nor package arrive. 14 days later and still no information on why it has been delayed or whether i’m even going to receive what i have paid for. poor service all round.”
