“It's been five days since I ordered, and I got an email to write a review on a product I have yet to receive. I emailed this morning to find out what happened, and I am still awaiting a response. Now I see reviews on Trustpilot that this is a frequent problem with this shop and that people never receive their orders and lose their money. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!”

“They’re scammers. Not a good shop to buy e-liquids. They forgot to deliver my order. I paid for it but haven’t arrived yet. I tried contacting them and they only apoligised but they didn’t really helped me if they will refund my money or they will still deliver it to me. Don’t buy from their shops. Scammers!!!”

“My order didn’t arrive in time and the support was late in getting back to me. However, after 2 weeks, we manage to sort the order out, and it should be delivered next week. So, even if I am not happy about the overall experience, I appreciate the effort of the support team and in the end I should get my delivery.”

“Sep 2023 - Made the order 2 weeks ago, order did not arrive and I still don’t know if I will be refunded. Contacted the support, they replied after 2 working days with no actual information. Currently still waiting after 2 more working days to get any news. Not a good experience at all.”
