“Order was slightly late but totally acceptable in the current situation. When I enquired about the order I got a call back about 2 hours later which was handled professionally, helpfully and friendly. Order arrived approximately same time as call back from Royal Mail. Spot on.”

“Ordered three e liquids strength 12mg. Received three liquids strength 3mg strength. Envelope was very loosely sellotaped shut and was open on receipt. Shall not be ordering again.”

“6 days in and my order stil hasn’t arrived. Emailed you at the weekend and got an email back really quickly, apologising, confirm my order was in progress and promising another would be sent FOC if I didn’t receive it today. Excellent customer service particularly considering the current climate :-)”
