“Worst costumer service ever!! Don’t buy from them! I received a faulty items i wanted to contact them for a replacement or a refund, it’s been more than 15 days now no answer to calls or emails. Lost 30£ for this. Never gonna buy from them again”

Good Morning Wendy, I’m sorry to hear your order has not arrived, this is the first we are learning about it as unfortunately we don’t seem to have received any communications from yourself or a refund request as you mentioned. Dispatch Details: SHIPPED ON JAN 27, 2024 4:11PM TRACKING NUMBER 02118A3B01442EB9 I’m not sure what happened here but we will get your shipping costs refunded for you and if your order has not arrived by Monday then a full refund will be honoured. Once again I apologise for any inconvenience caused sometimes the postal system is not in our favour and out of our control. “I did not receive my order at all. I emailed them, and they said they were sorry and would send over my order along with some complimentary items. None have arrived. They never replied back to my emails. Very disappointing and bad customer service!”

None of the means of contact with the company work. The phone number on the website is "not in service". The phone number at the physical address is not answered.”

“My order didn't arrive! I paid £30 odd for it, I sent multiple messages through the link, tried ringing the shop, number unavailable and tried to contact through Facebook and email. Nothing back! Avoid this company!!!!”
