“I have yet to receive my order, I contacted customer service to check a detail on the order and they have not replied. This is my first order from anyone who sells vapes and I am disappointed and over 20 quid down.”

“Great company. In these days of mega Corporations dominating the home shopping, it’s great to find a reliable and value for money smaller company. Only neg is Royal Mail are usually 2-3 days but every order I’ve made has been dispatched within 24 hours. Amazing staff and real customer care all round. Outstanding always”

“Great customer support rang my mobile to inform me of out of stock juice,I didn't answer my phone and they emailed me to choose an alternative juice in order to fulfill my order,never had this service,normally they just send what they have and refund the difference,extremely impressed,just hope they continue to do this I would highly recommend this company and iv been a customer for a week.”
