They said they do transfers to the car depot every 10 minutes, half an hour stood there it took us to ring them for them to come and get us.

“Car was dependable, nothing flashy, which suits us fine. Only problem was on collection, we were told the car had lots of marks/scratches. They were not all indicated on the sheet, but by the time we went back to the office (only a few minutes) they had shut up shop, so this was an area of worry for the rest of our holiday. As it turned out everything was ok. Yes, I would use them again, but politely ask them to come with me to the car on collection.”
“Great car rental experience at Pula Airport, Croatia. Nice, polite people at Enterprise Cars, was given a much better car than pre-booked, small airport so was really easy to drop off, no stress like at some larger airports. If we go back I will use the same company every time.”

“Made the booking on net to pick car up at Edinburgh Airport. That was easy enough and much cheaper than other companies.
Booking receipt said "booking with Ecarz.co.uk in assocation with Auto Europe." The voucher did mention the rental company as "Interrent", but this company was not easily visible at the car rental area. It took me some time to locate a small sign that pointed towards the Interrent office which was a just outside and around the corner. Other than poor visibility of the company, I only have good experience to recount. I received very good service at the counter, the attendant was courteous and very helpful regarding my queries. The car was in very good condition, clean and fresh smelling.
The return was painless, there was someone to attend to me immediately on arrival, and I was freed in less than 5 minutes of having parked the car.
All in all, a very good experience and I would definitely use them again”
