one bad point was I didn't think the Kia Venga was the correct substitute for a ford focus, it was a bit smaller and boxier.
but saying that the Venga did drive nice, light steering and I got to Weymouth and back on just over half a tank of diesel, but would have liked the focus or the Cee'd.”
“Agents must be aware that some companies are exerting pressure on clients at the check in desk to take out their excess insurance even if you have a valid certificate purchased in the uk. If you have this understand that you do not need to take the hire companies insurance, but great pressure is exerted at the desk and uk companies need to highlight the fact that clients do not need to submit to this pressure.. Otherwise the hire was ggreat, and my unused fuel was credited the next day.”
“I would have given 5 stars but there was a large queue at the car hire desk and I had to wait a while to be served and a while longer for the car to arrive. The staff worked hard but there were only 2 of them and they were taking down details, giving out keys and escorting you to your car. An improvement would be if the desk staff stayed at their desk and other staff escorted customers to their cars. I did receive free fuel for my inconvenience so that softened the blow. So the staff were great and the price was great and I would use them again.”

“Perugia airport is small but we had very quick service both picking up and returning the car and the customer service was very good. The price was the best we could find for this airport and the type of car we needed - an estate for 5 people plus luggage. We were offered a Skoda Octavia estate and I was very nervous but, as it turned out, it was just about the best hire car I have ever driven; was great to drive and more space than the new Mercedes Estate that I drive at home! But, all round a great experience and since I NEVER respond to these type of surveys - and now I have - it indicates my level of satisfaction!”
“My only criticism would be regarding the amount of space in the cabin. There was no way you could get two suitcases in the car with the seven seats in use.”
