“Easy to book online. No problems at collection and unusually no hard sell at the pick up Europcar, perhaps Bucharest isn't as pushy as more regular hire spots. Car was fine, not great being a Dacia Logan but ok.”
“Felt obliged to take an upgrade for free as none available in the group I had asked for. Would have preferred to remain as I was as wanted a very small car because of where I was.
Also no parcel shelf in the car so luggage was exposed. Didn't charge the extra even though it was a diesel so some benefit there. Overall I was satisfied and have booked another for September”
“Great value and easy pick up, but I would ask Firefly to point out that they have 2 offices at the airport and provide a simple map showing the locations. Our flight out was delayed and I rushed to the booking office as it was supposed to close at 12 midnight. not only were they still open but thew staff directed me to the pick up point when I could sort out the paperwork and collect the car. Which was a new Kia Ceed and a nice drive too!”
“I was very impressed with the effieciency of the staff. I really appreciate how the staff (especially Chris and Raj) went an extra mile to help me. As I had my phone and cards stolen, I couldn't fly because I had no photo ID. Thankfully, the staff went out of their way to help me resolve this and source out my driving license copy. They were truly my knights in shining armour during this very stressful time. They did so without making me feel like I was wasting their time.... They were very very helpful and reassuring!!! Now I am back home. Raj even let me borrow his personal phone to call my husband and inform them about my flight changes. Truly exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend!”
“Best for price that I've found, but always try and check that your car hire is with one of the major operators, and that their pick up point is actually at the main site at the airport. Also make sure the fuel policy is pick up full and return full and you should be fine.”

“Very economical car hire which actually cost what it promised! The website is a bit tricky to navigate. It kept re-setting when I needed for more clarification on something without saving my search requirements so I ended up booking incorrectly and had to change the booking subsequently (at extra cost). Overall good so I will continue to use when I have uninterrupted time to concentrate on it.”
