“We ended up with a car from Interrent (using Europcar premises?) - a firm walk from the airport terminal in Edinburgh. The Booking process was confusing - we ended up with a booking email then an email to say we'd receive a voucher then we got the voucher and its instructions to collect the car were different from how it actually was supposed to work - all in all very confusing. On top of that the staff at the collection point didn't seem really interested in their jobs. We didn't realise there were extras for a 2nd driver (£12/day!!!!!!) what rubbish! We get cheaper cars elsewhere where 2nd driver and no-excess is included standard so no surprises - ever! I ended up ill but refused to let my partner drive just in case we were discovered having swapped drivers - how silly is that! Then at the airport we couldn't find a petrol station so had to ask at the nearest hotel who sent us back onto the nearest A-road. The only great things about the car was the quality and the cost. I guess it was good value for money but with room for improvement! :)”

Goldcar are a few minutes from Fuerteventura Airport anmd this is not a problem at all as their mini bus does a loop all the time.
The car was well presented....easy pick up as it wasn't too busy.....easy return. I liked the way they signed off on the car by signing the contract.
It would be helpful if the rental booker (Ecarz) could take your licence and full details to save time at the counter.”
