“Excelent serice and products! Now for the hard part:: can you advise or diagnose the fault and possible repair ref. the following I have an Badge-a-Matic 1 - and it has stopped working however hard one pushes lever down in the '2' position the badges come out scrunched up. Help! Look forward to hearinmg from you - Michael”

Hello Michael and thank you for the review. However, as the machine you have isn't one of ours we don't know how to advise you to fix it. Our components and products are made to the correct dimensions and specifications of our machines but may not be compatible with another company's machine unfortunately. If you try contacting Badge-a-Matic they might be able to help with fixing your machine.

“Great company, great products! Would love to see different products compatibles with their machines, different shapes and a range of different postage prices. Not everyone wants next day delivery! You're asking me to rate your customer services, but I haven't used them, so the data from this review will be false as no N/A option.”

Thank you for your review Victoria and the feedback. Just to confirm - for orders up to 20 kilos we do have a range of postage prices including royal mail first and second class options along with DPD.

“The machines we've purchased from ebadges have been amazing! we've bought several over the years, and have recommened them to friends, and we've not been let down. They're sturdy (we've had 100s of kids work with them), easy to use with and great value for money. The product is also backed up by their great customer service. I would highly recommend ebadges to anyone.”

“So pleased I went for quality and not a cheap machine from another company. I bought the cosmetically damaged set and looked perfect to me. I started using it straight away and once I got the hang of it, made 100 badges for an event I was attending. It is metal and sturdy and the badges look really professional. Everyone was pleased to receive one. Highly recommend.”
