“Metal badges are a failure. The top and bottom didn't match. Customer service tried to prove to me that I was doing something wrong. It was only after many phone calls and e-mails that the lady admitted that the product was new and not fully tested. I have lost almost two weeks and I am still waiting for the replacement of the goods.”

Good afternoon. In answer to your review, the original contact about an issue was made one week ago with one phone call. We have been corresponding with you since then and been clear about the product being new but did not say they weren't tested as that is not the case. We have sent out thousands of the metal back badges recently without problem. We suggested you return the metal backs you haven't used which we received back today. We are sending a full bag of replacement plastic backs which you should receive tomorrow. regards ebadges

“Good quick delivery but the cellophane toppers are a bit thin so the metal badge actually cuts through it when you make the badges. I have found a double layer of the cellophane works but I will therefor run out of cellophane toppers long before I finaih making the badges.”

“I'd spent an inordinate amount of time researching before buying and am so glad I did! e-badges have been a dream to order from. Not only are their reviews consistently good but the customer service is second to none. They were proactive about discussing my order with me and helping me to make informed choices. They kept me up to date and within a day I had my order delivered. I've not used my new micro badge maker and all the bits I bought with it yet (as it's a Christmas pressie) but have had a look at all the components and they look good quality and solidly made. I can't wait to start making. An excellent small business to order from, would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“I've never had a problem with any of the products I've bought or the delivery. However on our last (urgent) order the courier decided to drop off our parcel somewhere random! Phillipa couldn't have been more helpful if resolving the situation - first class customer service.”
