“I've never had a problem with any of the products I've bought or the delivery. However on our last (urgent) order the courier decided to drop off our parcel somewhere random! Phillipa couldn't have been more helpful if resolving the situation - first class customer service.”

“Only limited experience so far. Very sturdy equipment which has produced extremely satisfactory badges. Was in the process of ordering badges from another company when I stumbled by accident on e-badges. The ability to design and make different badges for different occasions is well worth the price.”

“Just opened the first pack of 50 and 10% of the magnets were unattached Adhesive seems to have dried out. Will have to check every magnet as we use them at the event Ken McCann”
