“I contacted DH about 3 years ago, about replacement doors for my log cabin. Boy, did I dither! Long story short, DH sent me a reminder email on occasion and after a recent phone call I agreed and paid for replacement doors. The young man on the phone answered all my questions, mainly about the hinges. He arranged Delivery for me and a week or so later they were delivered. I spent a week or more treating them with varnish and they now look great on my 8 year old Log Cabin. What a great service.”

“Recently had the seated arbour erected, very pleased with the arbour though it was tricky to assemble due to lack of instructions but going by the picture helped even though I did have a few pieces of wood left over I could not see where they could be placed. The bench front slat has a jagged-edged splinter which will have to be sorted or someone could scrape their leg. Saying all this, worth the money, good sturdy treated wood and good value for the money and I would purchase from Dunster House Ltd again”

“Ordered a terminator grand xl log cabin from the company. Was worried at first reading reviews as you do before buying most things nowadays, but there was no need for the worry. From ordering to delivery and me building it on my own everything went fine and now I have my lovely log cabin. The delivery had to be done on two loads which actually made it easier for me to organise myself with such a lot of timber, the drivers were great and took pictures of a few pieces that were slightly damaged and warped but nothing serious, they said if you have problems they would sort it out, but no need. Quick build time several days on my own and I had it done, roof took the longest. I bought my own roof and floor insulation as I get good discount being a builder come handyman come gardener. I dealt with Samson at dunster house and he needs a medal, lovely chap helped me out a lot with dimensions as I was building a timber base prior to having it delivered and with his help I got it spot on to the ‘mm’. So if your looking for a log cabin you won’t go wrong with Dunster House. Don’t be put off by the bad reviews as I’ve read them all and my experience was all good.”

“We love our new pub shed, great product well worth the money. Fairly easy to construct with a couple of people. Would highly recommend this company great service and the two young guys that delivered the shed were very helpful and polite.”

“Shed was too hard to put together plus no "handyman" wants to do it as it takes too much time. Had to pay someone over the odds to put it together. Wasted so much time by handymen coming to look then turning down the job! It is like a million part puzzle. Avoid unless you are happy to pay over the odds for every stage of getting a shed/log cabin up!”

“I'm pleased with every part from ordering to installation. The lady on the telephone was helpful and friendly, and I received regular emails regarding my order. The delivery guys were really pleasant and helpful. The installation/build was easier than I anticipated, and I did this on my own in one and a half days. There were no parts damaged, broken, or missing and included easy-to-follow instructions. My only comment/request would be, to have the ability to adjust the doors up/down to help align the doors just in case something is not quite level (like mine). I managed to resolve this with a couple of small washers placed on the hinge to lift the door slightly.”
