“Really high quality cabin and great service and delivery. Had previously bought a cabin from a different company which turned out to be nowhere near the quality of this cabin for the same price. Straight forward build made easy with the pre-assembled great quality windows and doors and now have a lovely looking sturdy cabin. Very impressed with Dunster House, would recommend 100%.”

“The staff were really helpful on the phone explaining everything. The log cabin arrived on time when they said it would be. The instructions were easy to follow I built it on my own even though they said it was a 2 man job. It went together easily. The finished cabin is just what we wanted.”

“Kit delivered with care & checked off fully against parts list - only one item missing - Assembly support strut to aid with roof installation, delivery guys said they would get one sent to me but as it was just a length of timber & I already had a length of 2 x 3 that would do the job, I told them not to bother. At the time of writing I am still in the process of erecting with just the roofing shingles left to install. The kit is very simple to put together - of my own preference I assembled without using the internal brackets as I didn’t wish to be able to be see these when sitting inside. I simply used 150mm long x 8mm dia green passive external bolts to attach the roof supports to the main cross beams drilling down & screwing from the outside to be covered with the roofing planks. Where the x 8 mitred support beams attached internally I screwed them directly to the mating beam using 3 x 6mm x 75mm long on each one, again using passive green counter sunk screws filling over the heads with an appropriately coloured external wood filler. I also wanted to fix 114mm square guttering & down pipe so I have installed white pvc facia board to the ends of the crossbeams & rafters to mount the guttering to. To facilitate this I trimmed appx 15mm from the ends of each beam to allow for the same design roof overhang - (this was done before the structure was assembled) To any one wishing to purchase one of these gazebos I can truthfully say you will not be disappointed with the quality and ease of assembly. Instructions are very simple to follow - I chose to adapt these to my own spec but the original design and assembly would l guess suit most people’s need, satisfaction & diy ability.”

“Bought a Dunster House Overlord Apex Modular Shed (6ft x 6ft with window). Ordering was easy and was delivered in 10 days. Shed is good quality and I like the fact it’s designed so that you can configure it as required. Took my Dad and I about 8 hours to put together. My only issues were that the instructions weren’t always entirely clear + the pieces weren’t labelled so we spend 45 minutes at the start working out what was what. But I’d say it was a good purchase for £679.99.”

“Very high quality and precision engineered, friend helped me construct it, the instructions are easy to follow but it did take us longer than anticipated. I added extra insulation, and flooring to give it a nice finish - make sure you buy a LOT of sealant - it says use it on a lot of the joints but get stocked up! Customer service is fantastic - I messed the initial order up and they sorted it immediately! Thank you!”

“Recently purchased a 3m x 3m gazebo with shingle roof and curtains. Really pleased with the quality and instructions were very clear. My wife and I erected the gazebo ourselves. We shortened the legs by 3 inches as we felt it would look too high. Even with it being lowered 3 inches the curtains were far too short and it came with hooks to hang the curtains on, which neither my wife or me could have reached. We wanted fulllenght curtains with curtain tracking. We returned and got a full refund on the curtains with no problems. We bought curtains and tracking separately. We also put guttering around the gazebo so the roof did not drip. We are now now very pleased with the end result.”

“I'm very pleased with the summer house it very solid its quality. I built it myself it was a challenge one I enjoyed. The delivery was very good all the components were there the only things I didn't have was the cross pieces for the windows but all in all very pleased with the result”

“The whole process from start to finish was excellent and we have had so many positive compliments about our corner log cabin. It is affectionately known as Owl Lodge and we are going to use it as a garden room all year round thanks to the double glazed windows and doors Thank you very much Dunster House. Would definitely recommend someone to buy your products.”

“Over the moon with the purchase of my ‘Dominator’ office which I’ll be using as a garden room. From ordering on line which was a breeze, to delivery where Dunster House staff were top notch delivering the goods carefully and checking all the parts for the office were there to the build of the office was all a very pleasant experience. The crew who assembled the office were well-impressed with the quality. Would definitely recommend Dunster House.”

“I did quite a lot of research into a garden office and eventually went for a Dunster Dominator 2.5 x 2.5. I was very apprehensive at first as I had never put anything together like this before and I had to buy all the tools and attempt to put it together on my own! I levelled the old patio first which took 26 bags of ballast/concrete - just to raise it 4cm one end!! I finally got the build complete after a week or so, once the first corner was fixed into position the rest was easy enough but double check then triple check your positioning before fixing down. Make sure you understand the instructions fully before you start and watch the video online. I had to pause the video in places to see how joins and folds went as some of it was not obvious from the instructions. The delivery was on time and with great communications throughout. It's now all painted with 3 coats which took longer to do than the actual construction. I have now moved in and am working in it every day and loving it. Thanks Dunster”

“Great product, kit was well labelled and build manual was very clear very happy with the finished building, we added our own insulation in the walls roof and floor. we found this together with Dunster houses very competitive price to be the most cost effective way of achieving a high quality building which is usable all year round”
