“Overall a really good service and I would definitely recommend. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The reason for four not five stars - I asked for the skip to be put in a certain position and they put it in a different place as we were out. I think they were trying to be helpful. But, it was soon rectified and I cannot fault their customer service. And, I love the text updates 😊”

“Very good service - was kept up to date regarding delivery and collection. Driver very pleasant and put skip exactly where I wanted it . The one downside was that it was only once I got to the payment stage that I found out that there was a delivery/collection charge being added to the advertised cost.”

“Very polite collection driver. Advised that an large item sticking out of the skip couldn't be taken as it broke policy. Inconvenient but after looking on website clearly says level fill only. Hopefully the rag and bone man will be take it next time they're about.”

“I received a prompt call back after placing an online order from a team member who took down the details of the job. On the day of collection I received a text message to say the crew were on their way about 30 mins before two gentlemen arrived and loaded everything into the van. Everyone from Dunmow group was friendly and chatty and the automation of online booking, confirmation emails and texts made the process easy and user friendly. I would use them again and recommend them.”
