“I needed a skip due to a build up of domestic refuse and garden rubbish - a skip was going to be less stressful than trying to get the rubbish to the local tip. I looked around for prices and 2 companies displayed their price list - Dunmow Group and a competitor. The competitor was cheaper and I ummed and ahhed. Why? Well once they delivered a skip to my house instead of my friends house 5 miles away - totally different addresses. In the process they hit my house and caused damage. They have a reputation for hitting vehicles when trying to offload or load up skips. My daughter's driveway is awkward and I did have concerns. As it was the competitor's website wouldn't let me complete a booking. I actually felt a sense of relief and quickly came over to Dunmow Group, a company recently used by my husband's firm. Smooth booking process, skip delivered on time without any issues. I got the booking terms muddled up in my head and thought the skip would be with us for 7 days so I was slightly surprised when it wasn't collected. I emailed late at night asking for a collection to be arranged. By 7.45am the next day I had confirmation that a collection was arranged and that it would be over the next 48 hours, but because it was bank holiday weekend there may be some delays. Imagine my surprise to get a text by 10am on the same day to say the skip had been collected. Excellent service and fantastic communication. I know my husband's firm was very pleased with their service as well - although they suspect that the local travelling community may follow the skip lorries in their area due to the fact that the next morning their skip was being emptied by that said community! Given their location there is no way the community could have known they had a skip on site as there are no public viewpoints of their site.”

“Dunmow group was recommended to me by a friend, who had recently used their service and gave them her praise for their services. Fast forward to my booking and service. I used there WhatsApp to message for a quote and uploaded photos of what I needed to have cleared. Within less than a hour I was given a quote. Fantastic price!! I was happy booked in within a few days All confirmed. This morning the guys arrived polite and prompt. They cleared away what was required very promptly and left my garden clean and tidy. I couldn't fault the service I received today and if I need anything removed again I'll be coming back here. Customer services received were amazing. Thankyou”

“The team offer a good service even during the lockdown. The admin staff are helpful and diligent. I booked a 'household rubbish clearance' service for a rented house where the tenants had been negligent with recycling and rubbish had built up. I submitted a photo of the waste and they quoted quickly. Dunmow's booking systems work; as a greed the operatives called some 30 minutes before arrival, allowing me to get to the property and did a really good job, even sweeping down afterwards. I have no hesitation recommending the company.”

I got the skip I needed delivered in a couple of days and the contact free drop off and collection was hassle free. The driver who delivered the skip was friendly and helpful and the communication throughout has been great. 100% recommend.”

“Even in lock down I was able to speak with a person and after they had closed. They said they would organise a call back 1st thing monday when office opened. They did . I got my skip the next day. The day I off hired it was collected. And skip dropped down tight access with no moans. Bloody marvelous. Big thanks .graham”
