I was very positively surprised. Firstly, the skip was delivered much earlier during the day than expected.
The driver - very professional; despite me not being present at the time of delivery, he was kind and listen my instruction over the phone. The collection also, was done on time. Driver was able to answer my questions, and was very helpful.

Just so very easy. Need a skip, book it online, driver notifies ahead of time on the day of delivery, fill the skip, collected on the agreed date. Job done.
