“Really good service. Easy to book online. Only bit of a feedback is that it got to around 11am on the day of delivery and I hadn’t heard when it would be delivered that day (delivery slot) so I had to call. They were helpful when I called them but thought they would have an estimation window sent the day before or morning of.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. My skip arrived at 8.30 am which gave me all day to fill it up. The driver manoeuvred the skip perfectly to where I wanted it. Would definitely use them again.”

“Third time I have had a skip from Dunmow Group. Each time a fanstastic service and in my opinion it has got even better. Customer service, either by phone or email was always excellent and on top of that, the digital journey from selecting your product/service, through to fulfilment is equally as good - simple, user friendly and well designed customer journey. The drivers are really professional, on time, quick, diligent as to not cause damage, what more can you ask for.”
