Have used this company many times in the past, without a problem - but they were much smaller then. Issues: - Very difficult to get through to the office. Very slow to answer sometimes didn't answer at all. - Communications by e-mail confusing. They should consider what this looks like from the customer point of view. - E-mailing when the driver is en route is pointless - a phone call or text message would be more appropriate. - Phoned up to extend a skip hire - took 15 minutes to process - should take no more than 2 minutes. - Driver who collected my (mini) skip didn't bother to knock on the front door. In collecting the skip he snapped some tree branches that then needed to be cut off and also chipped three facing bricks on my front wall. He then scarpered without mentioning either of these items to me. Very poor service and "Jack the Lad" style. I took photos of the damage but couldn't be bothered contacting the office as I didn't think it was a good use of my time. - Summary - Very poor customer service, go elsewhere.

Ordered for a Saturday. Not able to deliver due to staff shortage. Offered for Monday but had organised clearing garden and garage for Saturday and Sunday too, so not a great experience.

Your website advertises skip hire at up to 14 days but you have picked it up after 1 week without any notice (as far as I am aware) and we were not finished. Poor communication.

This review is based on your costumer service which sends at least 100 emails and text after texts after they finished their job successfully i order a skip 4 weeks ago and still receiving emails from them very very very annoying makes you not wanna order another skip from this people.

Damaged property, follow up was poor, no empathy or consideration. Compensation offered (was low!!)) hasn’t been paid.

Will never use and will actively encourage other to never use this amateur company!! Booked a skip for 14 days (which is what they are priced for). On the 13th day, when I was outside still loading the skip they came to collect it. I said to the driver that you are a day early. His response was ‘well, I’ve been told to collect it today so tough’. Trying to call them, no answer and no response to voicemail. Emailed and eventually got a response saying that they are sorry but they can’t refund anything. The biggest issue was I have paid £250 for a skip and it wasn’t full. I was still loading it and clearing my garden which is what I wanted the skip for. Seeing as they collected a day early I now have to order another skip, which will cost me another £250 instead of leaving it for the full time THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR!!! Awful service, followed up by awful customer service as I was offered £17 back as way of an apology! What the hell is £17 going to get me to clear the rest of my garden?? Absolute joke of a company. Service, attitude and efficiency all was appalling and I would never use them again. And needless to say, I never got the refund or any further contact.

Terrible customer service brought at a price online only to be told something wrong with system and its £50 more although already paid. They would not honour price and now our money is in hold for about 5 working days. When we specifically booked a week off work to get this job done and now we can't. Thanks a lot. Total waste of time. Do not use.

Service has been awful, ordered online for next day but glitch in your system so informed would get skip 3 days later, didn’t turn up until a further day and now not collected on scheduled day until about 6pm but with me having to ring to ask.

Booked online for 3 days later on a Friday. Had a call the morning after confirming my order. Good service... until on the day at 3pm I called to chase the skip and was told it would probably be the Saturday or Monday. Would have been nice to have been told this, or even better, receive the service I had paid for. Asked for a refund. Won't return

Did not deliver skip on the contracted date and failed to deliver it the next day at the time told. Dont bother with them, use a more reliable company

Took my skip without any warning. My job was not even half way complete and the skip probably a quarter of the way full. When I phoned to ask why the skip had been taken they informed me that as I had paid cash for the skip there was a 2 week limit. When I asked what the difference was between paying cash or through the books the manager stumbled on his words and could not tell me, this is obviously a way for them to avoid tax. Do not use this company you have been warned!
