“Good on service and price. Slight issue with delivery driver damaging a neighbours flower pot. But driver exchanged details with person concerned.”

“Great service, phoned office several times and were always polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Skip was as described and delivered and collected on time. My only feedback would be please look at how many emails you send, I must have over 12 emails they are automatically generated and say the same thing on repeat. I got fed up and deleted them all. It hasn’t put me off I would use Dunmow Group again. thank you”

“Excellent service at a good price. Had three skips over last year. No issues at all. I have taken one star off as the number of emails associated with each order are a bit excessive and its a bit of a pain to find the date of delivery and collection in all of them.”

“The order, delivery and collection process were very good, the drivers particularly did a brilliant job as we live on a sharp bend. Also, the cost of the skip was very competitive. I have used Dunmow Group previously and will again in the future. My only slight gripe is that the skip i chose was much smaller than it looked in the picture on the website and it is not that intuitive to visualize a skip size based on the number of bin bags it will hold. A picture of someone standing next to the skip would be preferable. All in all though, i am happy and would recommend them .”
