“Pick up process is extremely poor. I see 10s of Dunmow group lorries drive past my house everyday on the way back to site empty after having dropped off new skips in dunmow direction. It took over 2 weeks for a collection. There seems to be some very inefficient processes in place for collections.”

Hi Jonathan, my apologies in the length of time it has taken to collect your skip, we always aim to collect within 5 working days of the request. “Tried to donate sofas to charity but were refused due to minor fabric freighing. The council wouldn’t collect them as I couldn’t get them down from my 1st floor flat into the street by myself. Called Dunmow, and was assisted by the very helpful Jake. Dunmow had no problem coming up to the flat. Job was done in 5 minutes and the price wasn’t too dissimilar to the Council’s collection service. Top quality service and to anyone reading this with the same problem, I wouldn’t even bother contacting the council, just call these people! Cheers Dunmow!”

“I've been using Dunmow group for a while and must say the service is absolutely excellent. The ladies in sales are very professional mixed with friendliness. The delivery guys are the same. It's a pleasure to see them arrive. Great chatting as the deliver or take away the skip. Wherever you get these drivers, perhaps you should let other delivery companies know! My recent excellent example I filled an 8 yard skip very quickly more than anticipated, the sales team pulled out all the stops to arrange for a swap out. Thank you all for this service.”

“Ordered the hire of a skip online, no problems asked for an am slot , phoned up on the morning and was told would be before lunch which it was , driver who delivered it very pleasent and helpful . Will use Dunmow skips again no hesitation”
