“Easy to use website to order a collection. Good quality of service, prompt arrrival and good worker efficiency. Site left tidy and clear. Appreciated the guidelines for size of van needed by stating how many full rubbish bags fit in each size of van space. Better than trying to visualise what 8 or 12 washing machine might look in terms of volume as some companies use.”

“Time keeping could be better. Asked for morning slot and turns up at 15.38. Phoned to ask time of delivery and they said you pay extra for morning delivery., but didn’t tell me that when booked skip. Skip wasn’t filled and rubbish was left round the job. More work in the morning.”
