“Friendly, polite and punctual delivery and collection. I put it at 4* 'cos it was more expensive than I anticipated. I booked the delivery > a week in advance, so no issue with the days to deliver.”

“The service was handled professionally and the delivery was as scheduled. the people on the phone were polite. One star was withheld due to the increase in price over previous skip orders. It seems the costs are increasing across the board and paying extra for keeping the skip over 2 weeks was new to me and puts pressure on DIYers like myself to push themselves to complete. Previous companies have allowed me to keep the skip for up to 4 weeks without additional fees.”

“Good service. Customer support was good, delivery guys were good and helpful. Would have been good to have known about other services that they did like a wait while you load which woudl have been cheaper. Prices for skip on the road are crazy high and made the hire over two thirds of the price again!....but I guess this is the local authority issue - beware! The street permit makes a mini skip poor value I'd say.”

“Fast, friendly, easy service to get skip. Drivers place skip exactly where requested even if slightly difficult. Pick up easy, with no need for us to be present. Comforting to know skip contents are recycled as much as possible. Think skip price is competitive, but not given 5 stars as would be great if cheaper and would then use service more too.”

“Good price , efficient online booking and delivery . But 4 days overdue for skip collection so far and probably not looking good for the Easter weekend either . That will make it 8 days overdue next week”

“Ordered a 6 yard drop down door which turned up Saturday 2 April as asked and has done the job I needed it for, only problem is that one of the pins/handles( right hand side) on the door would not move/ open due to being bent, I know lots of people use the skips could Dunmow waste maintain the pins/ handles”

“Really good service. Easy to book online. Only bit of a feedback is that it got to around 11am on the day of delivery and I hadn’t heard when it would be delivered that day (delivery slot) so I had to call. They were helpful when I called them but thought they would have an estimation window sent the day before or morning of.”
