“I ordered a skip on-line to be delivered to my mum's and after a quick phone call, with a very helpful receptionist on the morning of delivery, I was kept fully informed regarding delivery times. The skip was put exactly where I needed it by a lovely polite driver.”

“Used the man and van option as opposed to skip, and would use it again for the convenience of not having it sitting on the drive. Professional staff and process, and afterwards sent me confirmation of how the items had been disposed of, which I’ve not had with other skip companies”

“I booked and paid £330 over the phone for a 6yd skip and agreed to have it delivered the following week. Within 2 hours I had an email stating that “due to an oversight” by the person that I booked it with and the transport manager, they were unable to provide a skip as they would have to reverse on to a pavement to drop it where I needed it. That’s understandable and we agreed to a full refund which they said would take 3-5 days! That on its own is bad enough as I needed the money back to arrange another skip and it wasn’t me that decided to cancel it! After no communication for 5 days I rang and got told that the refund only got processed the day before and would take a further 3-5 days to process! I’m now in the situation where I can’t do the work I had planned as the money I need for a skip is sitting in Dunmow Groups account probably earning interest as we speak and not only that I’m possibly looking at another week before I get my refund as it’s a bank holiday too! Absolutely disgusted with all of this and would urge anyone I know not to use them!!”

“l phoned up last week to have my skip removed l was told it would be picked up by monday (17th/5) at the latest, no one showed, l had to phone again this morning and it was finally picked up this afternoon.”
