“The prints are beautiful. I got one framed and two unframed and all arrived in secure packaging without damage. The quality of the prints and richness of the color is amazing. A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it.”

“The print itself is nice but I didn't receive the 2 free prints as part of the promo, and it doesn't seem like they are being shipped anytime soon? I assumed they would all come together. For the price I'm not sure if it was worth it.”

“Canadien beware Never received the free 2 prints you are asking me to review. I got the framed one last week that came with an extra 65$ for shipping. I made one order for one framed print that was suppose to come with 2 free prints for 220$ canadian. You only sent the framed print so I guess that if I ever receive the 2 prints it will come with more shipping fees. Not so free after all. The shipping is very very inadequate 120$ ??? That’s totally unacceptable. The duty I understand, I was well prepared to pay 20$ but a 120$ ?”

“My main piece was delivered fine, but the two free prints that were supposed to come with it delivered separately for some reason and failed to deliver. Customer support has taken days to respond to me and it still seems I’m not close to finding out what happened to my delivery.”

“Amazing prints that are truly as advertised. Great addition to the walls of my home. Customer service was also incredible. My initial order was unfortunately lost to the USPS system and Drool reprinted my order which was quickly shipped once we realized this issue was out of our hands. Thank you!”

“Order was shipped to wrong address, I wish drool had a better customer service team so I can speak with someone directly. $235 down the drain, hopefully this review will get drool to contact me so I can get my items I ordered.”

Hi, When a customer enters the wrong delivery address and it gets delivered, this does present a lot of issues, but we will definitely try to resolve this with you as quickly as possible.
