Hi, Sorry to hear about the issues you have faced, we have received your customer service email but our team can sometimes take up to 48hrs to respond, they are looking into your order now. We can see from the tracking the parcel is marked as delivered on the 14th Sept so we are investigating this with the courier Thanks DROOL Support

“Nice designs and the quality seems very durable and sturdy. The packaging though is very poor, as the posters are just rolled and thrown in a simple box which rarely is being handled gently. All of mine had kinks and bruises and the package was demolished. I‘d highly suggest to improve the packaging and put something inside so that the artworks won‘t be affected from the shipping process.”

Hi Felix, Hope you're well. Thanks so much for the feedback. Our standalone prints are rolled up and wrapped in acid free tissue paper for protection and then padding put at the ends to stop damage. Although rare, parcels can sometimes get damaged in transit, if this happens we offer a free replacement as part of our DROOL promise, so our team is reaching out to you via email to resolve this for you.
