“Can't fault these guys. ordered from them during the Christmas break and the order was delivered three days later, and an email at 11:00 pm letting me know when item will be shipped, cant as for better than that! And more importantly, item was 100% as they advertised, will be using Droix again.”

As different sellers have their own circumstances. And they can source devices at different prices and sell devices at different prices based on a variety of factors (shipping costs, after-sales support, etc.). We at DroiX place a high value on reliable, personable customer support to provide the most hassle-free experience we can offer to our customers. Which we wholeheartedly prefer over the dice-roll-esque nature of the after-sales experience you can sometimes find when purchasing from alternative stores. In this instance, the support member you spoke to had not been aware of the upcoming (temporary) sale on the device you were interested in purchasing. As part of our internal policies, our support is not informed of up-and-coming sales until one or two days in advance. “1/5 Why? Because I'm sick to death of companies emailing me 2-3 days after I buy something, emailed titled "How did we do? rate us" Have you ANY idea how annoying these are? So now any company that bothers me with these emails, I reply by giving them 1/5. Just please stop it!”
