The only place in the UK that was offering me to pre-order GPD Win Max 2. Droix also offers full range of configurations memory, storage etc. The delivery date was accurate and quickly updated. 2 years warranty Droix adds gives you great piece of mind as you do not need to ship stuff to China and can post to the UK only - and it is two years. Also drives were all updated, BIOS in newest version overall superb service.

You sent me a faulty device. It stalls when you quit a game. It hangs when going to main menu.

I bought two items (x2 Retroid pocket 3plus) from DroiX UK for both my kids for Xmas and I have had nothing but issues with my devices. 1st device I got did not turn on and was faulty. I then emailed the support team which the lovely Stuart from the Droix Uk Warehouse gave me the option to come down to the warehouse to exchange my faulty device for one that worked, which i did and after that it was fine. Now the 2nd device I bought for my other child which was originally fine and had no issue , then started to act up and does not want to charge and also starting turning on and off. This should defo be looked at by the Droix Uk team as its not a good thing that both items I originally bought started acting faulty.

Please be aware that while the vast majority of devices experience no issues, so I guess you were just unlucky on this occasion. Please contact our customer support regarding the issue with the second device and we will help get this resolved for you. Please though try a factory reset from device settings as this can resolve some bugs in the system software and also try an OTA update. If the issue is hardware, then we are happy to get this resolved under warranty. My order arrived promptly and next day as described. The price was a bit higher than other outlets like AliExpress but seeing the video reviews of the product really helped to build trust with DroiX. I'll be sure to look again in the future.

Back ordered a miyoo mini plus , for a Christmas present, arrived nice and early!! Answered some questions beforehand and gave me advise beforehand ( as I’m at the age of not being very tech minded lol ) Absolutely brilliant service , can’t recommend them highly enough, will definitely order from these guys again 🙂

Amazing service! Ordered the Miyoo Mini Plus+ on Monday, it arrived at the door on Tuesday. A beautiful piece of equipment that was extremely well packaged upon delivery. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

I’ve only used Droix twice but they have been amazing each time. I’ve bought a Miyoo mini and a Miyoo mini plus, both came with a day or two of ordering. The one time I used live chat was when I had checked out as a guest and my order wasn’t linked to my account. Sorted in one short sentence. Honestly the best

I've bought quite a few devices from Droix as they always have great prices and I have never had any issues. They also provided great customer service when I accidentally ordered an item, replying quickly and resolving the issue. I will definitely continue to buy from and recommend them.

The miyoo mini plus + is an excellent little handheld for the price. I bought my daughters one each for xmas and not gonna lie, I’m a bit jealous! Replacing the stock sd card is a must as the stock one will fail. Install onion os and your own roms on a branded sd and you will have a brilliant retro gaming handheld
