“Hit concerned regarding what went on with my order. I bought a retro gaming kit that was supposed to have a Raspberry PI 4 4gb in it but when the kit arrived I only received a 2gb model even though it said the 4gb model was in stock. If it wasn’t for the fact that I queried it I was then told that they were never in stock and only then was I offered a partial refund. Just seems quite underhand to me I’m afraid. I should have been told if it was out of stock when the order was being processed.”

Hi there Jon! We're terribly sorry that we've failed to provide a first-class experience with your order of a Raspberry Pi retro gaming kit. As mentioned in our emails, unfortuantely this incident appears to be the result of a twofold failure. First, the dispatch team incorrectly picked this item from our shelves, and 2GB unit should most certainly have not been sent out. Second, the 4GB variant appears to be showing in stock due to an error with how the product is represented on our inventory management system. Hopefully we should have this fixed very shortly. It is also regrettable that you feel it was underhanded of us, but we assure you that all boils down to a mistake on our behalf with no further ill intent. And as we were not able to provide a replacement in any reasonable timeframe, we immediately offered you a partial refund to cover this mistake. Finally, although you have accepted the partial refund, your right to return the device has not been voided, and you may still return the item for a refund within the applicable returns window (whether you just change your mind, or for any other reason!) “The Anbernic 351MP is the 2nd device bought from Droix having previously bought the RG351M. The service on both occasions has been amazing and paying a little more for a Saturday delivery via DPD is always great as they are in my opinion the best delivery service in the UK. Highly recommend Droix to anyone who is looking to buy a retro gaming handheld from a reputable seller in the UK and to that end a friend of mine recently bought the Anbernic 351V for a Gameboy style retro experience and he too is very pleased!!! Keep up the excellent work at Droix, I may be back for more goodies 😎”

“Good customer service, I ordered blue retroid but they kindly told me that they have just orange retroids on the stock and asked if they can send orange one. I agreed and they gave it to courier quickly so I got it 1 day after as I paid for 1 day delivery. My retroid pocket 2 came in perfect condition, everything works good. I am very happy with my order, my retroid pocket 2 is with me for 2 weeks now and I feel lucky like a kid when I am playing my favourite game adventure island 2, mario bros or chip & dale :D some games have different names, for example adventure island is "maple story" or chip&dale is "squirrel battle" but retroid system shows you a videos of thousands games in it. Thank you very much Droix for my order, I recommend their service and if I ever need anything else I would be happy to order from Droix again. And I recommend Retroid Pocket 2 for everyone who loves retro games, that's amazing console”
