When we change your test date, we stop searching as we cannot be sure you'd like an even earlier test date. However, we can continue searching for test dates at no extra charge. You can reactivate searches from your online account quickly and easily. “My experience was not a good one. The first time I got a date I wanted, the cancellation didn't go through even though I clicked early. I lost that opportunity. As a result, I was hasty when I saw the next and did not pay attention. It was after picking it I realised that the date wasn't convenient and all attempts to stop it from going through failed. In the end, I lost my money as iy was too short for me to move the date or cancel within the time allowed.”

“Why book a test two days before my actual test when it’s 6 months away? Pointless and not helpful. This is my second time on this app cos the first time it didn’t find me a cancellation in time before my theory outdated. Frustrating app”
