When I started with the app, I got earlier test notifications every day. The app said it will continue sending earlier dates even after you select one date. The only issue is that after you’ve selected one earlier date, you can ask for your refund. Silly me believed the app’s promise and selected a test one day before my original test date thinking I’ll get more options after anyway; especially after seeing me get about 5 notifications daily. Post selecting the slot that was one day before my original date, I received absolutely nothing and for all 5 months or so up until my test date. At the end of the day, I paid 20 pounds to save one day and the app lied to me saying I’d get to change my date again.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the test dates that become available or when they become available. We can only find cancellations that match your search settings when they become available. This is a truly rubbish app. We waited months to get a cancellation - eventually we received one that was not suitable as the instructors car was not available but we could not cancel. I was unable to reach the company by phone, email or facebook message. Luckily another car was found and the test was passed but not without a lot of stress. I would NOT recommend this company.

Hi Will, Thank you for your review. The auto-book feature will automatically book test dates we find that match the criteria you entered as available in your account with us. If you do not have the auto-book feature on, our system will not book a test date without you accepting it first. Our support Team respond to all queries within 3 working days, however it is usually a lot sooner than this. I lost £62 and my test date they did not notify me the test had changed and I did not accept it. I’m so frustrated and disappointed

Not useful atall a waste of money I think still haven't had my test as canceled once again until next year, saving 3 day wasn't worth the money.

Moved my test a grand total of 3 days, to a worse time. Shifted the date a lot in the first week and then never moved again. Not worth the money in my experience.

I am very upset with the poor service of this company. I have called them at least 6 or 8 times and each time their message service says they will call me back; but they don’t. They got me a date I was happy with and I messaged them and told that I liked the date and the place for the test. Band I told them not to book any more tests. I thought I was all set. And then today they booked a new date earlier and at a different place.. it was not what I wanted and can’t make that date. Also, their website is horrible. They mix your booking information with their advertising. Their website is very very confusing. I do not recommend them at all.

All four test changes were for tests that matched your search preferences. After each test change, we paused your account to avoid any further changes to your test date. On three occasions, you reactivated your account. This resumed your searches, resulting in further changes to your test date. This test did not take place I booked it and it was cancelled the same time on the same date and we had no cancellation advice . My daughter turned up for her test yesterday June. 12 0857 and was told it had been cancelled on March 26 1032 - the time I booked it . A very disappointed child who came home unable to take her test .. not sure what had gone wrong - but can only think it was the app . Her next test is October 15 . So using an alternative app to find a cancellation .

Hi Erica, Thank you for your review. We do not cancel test dates. We only change them if our customers wish. I can see on the 30th April your account with us was reactivated at which point, upon checking your booking reference number, your test date was still booked for the 12th June and therefore could not have been cancelled on the 26th March as stated. If you did not cancel your test date, I would advise you to contact the DVSA and look into this further to find out what happened. Didn’t help at all. Immediately changed my date forward to a date I wasn’t available for changed my date forward 2 days which made no difference at all. Save your money

i got email from yourself saying my test was cancelled. but no one seems to no who has cancellation it. the dvsa says that it was cancelled by myself heart broken. i have waited 6 months for this
