poor service you just moved to 1 day before but you said as soon as possible you charged me for only 1 day?? even it was possible for me in that day please sort it out for me it’s not acceptable for me

Really bad service I don’t need this date 1 day before it’s mistake I click I am really anger you people are not give me time to thing and I am waiting for long time nut as I told you before I need 2 weeks time I was busy and you done

Do not purchase, cost me £20 for a test 7 days earlier… I bought this app 6 months before my test date and in 6 months they managed to find ONE test 7 days earlier! Money back guarantee is only valid for so many days and they found the 7 day earlier test within a few days of purchase of the app which made the money back guarantee no longer valid… I want my money back it’s ridiculous

SCAM! says money back guarantee and have asked for a refund and have not got one. it expects you to pag £18.00 for each new test they find you.

Took a good month to find anything and when it did, it found one for the next day giving me no time to plan with an instructor and find the time around commitments. Even though I didn’t take that lesson it still charged me, and asked for me to pay again to find another lesson. I then went to customer support who were very understanding and took that charge away so I can use it again but it took way to long again to get one. Instead I found one on Testi for a day and time that suited, unfortunately Testi just has a better system.

This is to avoid situations in which customers cannot attend the tests and therefore lose their test fee. I can see from your account that we managed to change your test date. I set my date to give me a test AFTER the 1st January 2023, today (27th December 2022) I was sent a test date for TOMORROW! How is this possible? Without notice, without confirming to book the test with me and now I have to pay another £62 to book a new test which is after my theory test runs out. This is disgraceful and I ask for you not to use this.

We notified you of the test for 28 December, and we only changed your test to this date after you had told us that you wanted this new test date. Gave me a test thought it was in my area but was 300 miles away as only getting 10 mins to submit I chose it not being able to get refund. If you can’t make a test they cancel your member ship and take your money

I hadn't heard from them in a while so decided to search DVSA for any cancellations myself and found multiple available every day that week at my preferred centre. Booked one myself. What did I pay them money for if I ended up doing it myself?
