“I was very pleased with this service which found me a last minute test much earlier than my booked date. The only point I would emphasise is that the test cancellations found can be at very short notice so one needs to be fully prepared at all times so as to be able to jump when the opportunity comes up.”

“I set my date to give me a test AFTER the 1st January 2023, today (27th December 2022) I was sent a test date for TOMORROW! How is this possible? Without notice, without confirming to book the test with me and now I have to pay another £62 to book a new test which is after my theory test runs out. This is disgraceful and I ask for you not to use this.”

We notified you of the test for 28 December, and we only changed your test to this date after you had told us that you wanted this new test date. “Within 3 days of signing up I have been offered 2 cancellation dates I would never have been able to get if I had just been checking on the government website. It’s not cheap to sign up but worth it when you manage to get test dates without waiting 6 months for one.”
