Hi Yu, Thank you for taking the time to review Drinkwize.co.uk, I am sorry you feel the delivery charge is too high at £3.99 9this does include the packaging to ensure the goods reach you in one-piece). We use carefully selected carriers as "cheap" does not always represent good value, certainly if the items arrive late or damaged. I am not saying there are not issues with all carriers, we have been selling online as a group since 2012 and have tried most of not all carriers. I fully appreciate your comments and four star-review; the carriage costs are shown at the checkout before completing your purchase. Hi Mary Ann, I am sorry that you have left us a one-star review and reported a "no-show" on the delivery. I have looked into your order and the reason you have not received your shot glasses is because you are based in the U.S.A. 😑. We do not ship to the U.S.A. certainly not commercially viable for a £2.99 carriage charge 🤨. Unfortunately, this was not picked up in our dispatch team as you mistakenly inputted your full address as "Holgate, Oh, 43527, United Kingdom" If you had placed U.S.A. in the address your order would not have been actioned 😮 You will receive a full refund in the near future 😎. “I deal with a lot of companies in our industry and i have to say that dealing with drinkwize was professional, efficient and smooth. Nothing was a problem from ordering to delivery. Unfortunately due to my error of ordering the wrong size on 2 orders the error was rectified quickly and delivery was the next day. I would definitely use the company again for future orders .”

Hi Sabria, Thank you for taking my calls. I have sent via WhatsApp images of your order with a hyperlink to the Royal mail tracking. I have also sent an image from the Royal Mail tracking site showing that your consignment was delivered on 30th August, the day after you left your review. This was to a hotel, I am assuming your workplace and that it has been kept in a safe place for you. I do hope that you are now in safe receipt of the glasses. This does not excuse the lack of response to your email, we are sorry for this. On investigation it would appear that your email ended up in our spam folder (not the first customer correspondence to finds its way there).
