“I'm not "happy" but it isn't as bad as 2 stars would indicate. The wine ordered was Calusari Pinot Noir 2016 and this is what was shown on the Invoice, but the 2014 vintage was delivered. The Invoice received by email had no covering letter and did not confirm that I had paid online with the order resulting in me having to check that payment had been received. The packaging was excessive. You've also asked me to post a review on TrustPilot - why two reviews?”

“I was experiencing difficulty on the website, so decided to e-mail my order instead. I was called on the telephone next day to confirm my order and take my debit card details. My whisky arrived within two days by courier, for which I was not charged, and my case of whisky contained an extra 20cl dram of Jura by way of a thank you for getting in touch to explain the problem I was having on the website. It has been some time since I bought from Drinkfinder, but I will be putting in a repeat order in the very near future. Excellent service and first class customer care.”

“WE LIKE THE WEBSITE AND THE DELIVERY SERVICE. IT CONTINUES TO BE A PITY THAT THE PRODUCT WE MOST LIKE TO ORDER SEEMS TO ALWAYS BE IN SHORT SUPPLY.. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS? THE PRODUCT IS MCGUIGANS SPARKLING SHIRAZ. MAYBE YOUR SUPPLIER COULD GIVE YOU BETTER OR PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT?”

“Hopeless! I ordered a bottle as a present for my son's birthday. I asked for a message to him to say Happy Birthday from Mum. They ignored this and sent the invoice to him with the product. He had no idea who it was from and thought he had to pay🙁 I ordered it in the name of Bee Inch to be delivered to Neil Freeman. I am very dissatisfied with your service”

Hello I am very sorry to hear this. After looking in to the order it appears the gift message you added was not put through to the correct section to appear on the packing slip that went in to the box, we are unsure why this happened and can only apologise for this error. When you placed the order you have put your sons details in for the billing address so when your son received the order he would not have seen any of your details on it to indicate who placed it. “The service was good and I was pleased with the process, I'm looking forward to giving the rum I bought to my dad and boyfriend as a gift! The one thing I would want to improve is the delivery, for £4.95 it would be nice to be able to track your order, and perhaps if it arrived a little faster (just by a day or so).”
