“I'm yet to receive my purchase. I've had several notifications to say that delivery has been attempted by Hermes but not received any cards through the door so that I can rearrange. Two of the 'delivery attempted' notifications were sent whilst I was at home! Hermes is a notoriously bad courier service and I'm afraid Drinkfinder's choice to use it reflects badly!”

“I ordered a bottle of whisky to take away as a gift was told it would be posted on the Monday. On the Thursday morning rang to see where it was and was told it was about to be posted and that my order had been hidden under some papers. I cancelled my order. Doesn't give me much confidence on ordering again. The chap I spoke to didn't seem very concerned.”
