“Fantastic service. The items were here, on the doorstep, very early the morning after the order was placed. Incredibly well packed, so much so that I am keeping some of the packing as a work of art. Ordering was very easy, prices were great. You now have a new regular customer. Thank you very much!”

Items are priced clearly and the bottle sizes etc are always labelled to ensure people know what size they are getting. “I purchased a bottle of whisky for my son's birthday. I paid extra money for next day delivery. so as to arrive on the Monday. ordered on the Friday, I then was out of the country. My son informed me that the drink arrived two days after the Monday 7th January (his birthday) . I was not impressed and told him that I believed the present would arrive on the correct day, and it obviously did not. I think my postage delivery cost should be reimbursed at least for the inconvenience and disappointment.”

Hi Janet We can see that you placed the order Friday night at 6PM. Our same day dispatch requires orders to be placed before 2PM. So your order got dispatched on the next working day (Monday) and I can see from the tracking it was delivered and signed for by your son the next working day as paid for on the Tuesday).
